Our programme
ESPA is in contact with over 1000+ universities, supporting motivated students and recent graduates in their internship search. We provide rewarding internship opportunities in an international work environment, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in their field of study and expand their professional network.
Our Internships
We have a wide range of 4+month supported internship openings across the UK and Northern Ireland, updated with new internship listings every week, providing your students with access to a variety of opportunities to suit their interests and career goals. At ESPA, we believe students should have access to international opportunities to develop their skills and acquire new ones, which is why we offer our services free of charge.
Visa Application Support
Once successfully hired, we will work closely with the student to facilitate their visa process, ensuring a smooth arrival to the UK. We have a 100% success rate in facilitating
the sponsorship and supporting the visa application process. Thanks to our service, the entire process is easy and stress-free for the student, as
ESPA handles everything.
Our Benefits
We will provide the student with in placement
support. We source and pay for their accommodation, utility bills (internet included), and travel ticket to work (if needed). We also provide a 24/7 help line if they need us at any time. Before their arrival, they will receive a welcome pack with tips and recommendations on what to do in their new
city.
Available Erasmus+ Funding
We are pleased to inform you that 20% of Erasmus+ funding can still be allocated to the UK. As a partner country in the Erasmus framework, this presents an excellent opportunity for your students to pursue placements in an English-speaking country with financial support.
When to register
We encourage students to register on our website to be the first ones to receive our internship opportunities directly via email. We recommend them to start looking for their internships at least 2 months before their ideal start date.
How can we collaborate to welcome your students in the UK?
We work together with partner universities to promote UK mobility and make our offers available for students. This means we organise webinars, publish our offers on job portals, participate in career fairs and more.
